1. Overview & Native Wix Architecture

CartBoost ("we", "our", or "us") is an eCommerce merchandising application developed for merchants on the Wix platform (Wix Editor, Wix Studio, and Wix Harmony). CartBoost is a product developed and owned by TweakDesigns (www.tweakdesigns.in).

Unlike traditional SaaS plugins that extract your catalog and store data to external third-party cloud databases, CartBoost operates 100% natively within your own Wix website and Wix Stores environment. We do not maintain external databases to harvest, collect, or store your private business data or customer records.

2. Where Your Data Lives: Your Own Wix CMS Collections

When you use CartBoost to configure Frequently Bought Together (FBT) bundles, Volume Discount Ladders, or Cart Drawer Upsells, all configurations and campaign rules are stored directly within your own site's native Wix CMS collections and site storage.

• Your bundle settings, discount tiers, and display options remain inside your site's Wix database.
• CartBoost does not copy, sync, or export your product catalog, pricing structures, or customer lists to any external servers.
• You retain full ownership, visibility, and control over all data created by the application directly inside your native Wix Dashboard.

3. We Do Not Collect or Store Personal or Storefront Data

Because CartBoost runs natively through Wix's client-side and Service Plugin (SPI) architecture:

• No Customer Data Collection: We do not collect or store shopper names, shipping addresses, emails, IP addresses, or browsing history.
• No Payment or Financial Data: We never handle, see, or store payment cards or financial credentials. All checkout transactions take place entirely within native Wix Payments or your authorized Wix payment gateway.
• No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not use third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral trackers.

4. Pricing Plans & Billing Handled 100% by Wix

CartBoost does not manage, process, or store subscription payments on our end. All pricing plans, upgrades, trials, recurring monthly/annual billing, invoices, and payment methods are managed 100% natively by Wix through the Wix App Market and Wix Billing.

We have zero access to your credit card information, bank details, or billing profiles. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your native Wix Dashboard under Apps • Manage Apps • Subscriptions.

5. Uninstallation & Complete Data Erasure

Because your configurations are held within your Wix site's CMS collections and no external database of your store records is kept on our servers:

• If you uninstall CartBoost from your Wix site, the application components are completely removed from your storefront and dashboard.
• All associated campaign configurations and collections within your site can be deleted directly by you, and no retained merchant records exist on our end.
• There is zero residual data, external tracking, or background syncing left behind after uninstallation.

6. GDPR, CCPA & Data Subject Rights

Under global data protection regulations (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA), consumers have rights regarding their personal data. Because CartBoost does not ingest or store shopper personal data, any data requests submitted by consumers relate solely to data maintained by your store within Wix, and can be handled via Wix's native privacy management tools.
